Indiclinic collects information necessary to provide clinic management services, including:

• Healthcare provider account information (name, email, phone, clinic details)
• Patient records as entered by authorized healthcare providers
• Appointment and visit data
• Usage data for platform improvement

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

• Provide and maintain the clinic management platform
• Send transactional notifications (including via WhatsApp) such as appointment confirmations and reminders
• Provide customer support
• Improve platform functionality

We do not send promotional messages via WhatsApp.

4. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal and health information. Access to patient data is restricted to authorized healthcare providers only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, communication services) under appropriate data protection agreements.

6. WhatsApp Communications

When healthcare providers opt to use WhatsApp notifications, patient phone numbers are used solely for transactional messages (appointment reminders, visit confirmations). Patients may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by informing their healthcare provider.
