These Terms of Service govern your use of the Indiclinic platform operated by Digiind Healthcare Private Limited. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
Indiclinic is a cloud-based clinic management and electronic medical records platform designed for healthcare providers to manage patient records, appointments, billing, and clinical workflows.
3. Eligibility
The platform is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, and medical establishments. It is not a consumer-facing medical service.
4. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Ensure accuracy of patient data entered into the system
- Comply with applicable healthcare regulations and data protection laws
- Obtain necessary patient consent for communications including WhatsApp notifications
5. WhatsApp Notifications
Healthcare providers may opt to enable WhatsApp notifications for patients. These are limited to transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and visit-related updates. No promotional messages are sent. Healthcare providers are responsible for ensuring patient consent before enabling WhatsApp notifications.
6. Data Ownership
Healthcare providers retain ownership of all patient data entered into the platform. Digiind Healthcare Private Limited acts as a data processor on behalf of the healthcare provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as a clinical workflow tool. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider. Digiind Healthcare Private Limited is not liable for clinical outcomes.
